Account - Contact Association Corrector

Overview

This enhanced guide will walk you through the efficient use of the Account-Contact Association Corrector feature within PowerRouter. This tool is crucial for maintaining accurate relationships between accounts and contacts in your Salesforce database by aligning them based on their shared domain.

Functional Explanation

The Account-Contact Association Corrector performs the following actions:

  • Scans Database: It scans your database to identify and collect accounts and their related contacts sharing the same domain.
  • Organized Information: The collected data is then organized by domain, allowing you to easily see the various accounts and contacts associated with each domain.
  • Interactive User Interface (UI): The UI offers intuitive actions, enabling you to accurately transfer contacts to their appropriate accounts.

  5. Re-assign Contacts:
    a. Select one or multiple contacts that require re-association.
    b. Click on the desired account to which these contacts should be transferred.
