Starting or Stopping PowerRouter

This article will help you understand how to start and powerrouter to start routing leads to the desired teams. 

 

 

Steps to Start PowerRouter:


  • Click on the Setting icon. Click on the General section.

  • Under the Scheduler section, you have a button to start powerrouter. 
  • You can set the Routing Interval time from the dropdown available. Routing Interval is the time interval between powerrouter jobs running in Salesforce. For best performance, you can set this as 1 min. 
  • Click on Save and then click on Start. 

This will start the routing of records if any workflow is published.

Steps to Stop PowerRouter:

Click on the Stop button in the Scheduler section. This will stop the routing of records and powerrouter will stop functioning.
