Capacity Dashboard

The Capacity Dashboard offers a comprehensive view of team and user capacities across various profiles. By providing detailed statistics, pie charts, and graphical representations, it enables efficient monitoring of team and individual workload capacities, allowing users to track assignments, pending tasks, and capacity utilization at a glance.

Here is a step-by-step guide to access the Capacity Dashboard in PowerRouter Lightning:

1. Open PowerRouter lightning in your Salesforce org.
2. Navigate to the Dashboards tab, where you will find various dashboard boxes.
   
   
3. Click on the Capacity Dashboard.
   
   
4. The All Teams Capacity Dashboard for the Lead object will be displayed. You can switch to any other object to view the capacity dashboard based on your preference.
   
   
5. To view a specific team dashboard, select the desired team from the dropdown menu labeled All Teams.
   
6. For an overview of all users' capacity dashboards, choose the Users option in the teams dropdown.
   
   
7. To check an individual user's dashboard, select the desired user from the All Users dropdown.
   

All Teams Dashboard Details

Statistics

• Teams at Capacity: Indicates the count of teams that have reached their capacity or capping limit across all created profiles.
  
  
• Teams under Capacity: Indicates the count of teams that have not reached their capacity or capping limit across all created profiles.
  
  
• Capacity Utilization: Displays the percentage of records assigned to all teams based on their capacity limits.
  
  
• Pending Assignments: Reveals the count of records waiting to be assigned due to teams reaching their capacity limit. You can click to view the list of records and download a CSV file, selecting desired fields.
  

Graphical Representation

• Team Capacity Pie Chart: Illustrates teams at capacity and teams under capacity through a pie chart.
  
  
• Team Member Capacity Pie Chart: Represents team members at capacity and under capacity across all teams graphically.
  
  
• Team Capacity Bar Graph: Displays the team capacity coverage for each team using a bar graph.
  

Single Team Dashboard details

• Members at Capacity: Displays the count of team members who have reached their capacity or capping limit across all profiles created for the specific team.
  
  
• Members under Capacity: Indicates the count of team members who have not reached their capacity or capping limit across all profiles created for the specific team.
  
  
• Capacity Utilization: Illustrates the percentage of records assigned to the particular team across all profiles created for that team, based on their capacity limits.
  
  
• Pending Assignments: Reveals the count of records waiting to be assigned due to the particular team reaching its capacity limit. You can click to view the list of records and download a CSV file, selecting desired fields.

All Users Dashboard Details

• Users at Capacity: Displays the count of users who have reached their capacity or capping limit across all created profiles.
  
  
• Users under Capacity: Indicates the count of users who have not reached their capacity or capping limit across all profiles created.

• Profile under Capacity: Indicates the count of profiles in which the particular user has not reached their maximum capacity.
  
  
• Capacity Utilization: Illustrates the percentage of records assigned to the particular user across all profiles created for all teams based on the capacity limits of that specific user.
