Power Pipeline - Capacity Profile Page

What is a Capacity Profile in Power Pipeline?

A Capacity profile in Power Pipeline is created for only a single record type i.e. accounts based on different segments, making it easy to set assignment caps for each team based on the segment. This feature facilitates setting assignment caps for each team member according to the segment they handle. You have the flexibility to allocate individual limits to team members or opt for a shared limit across different segments.

Capacity profiles streamline the management and distribution of accounts among sales teams, ensuring equitable assignment of responsibilities to team members.

Note: Please note that any capacity profiles created in Power Pipeline will not be reflected in Router Pro / PowerRouter (Lightning) and vice versa.
