Queue Settings

This article explains how to assign Queue Licenses in PowerRouter.

By default, PowerRouter provides two free queue licenses for both Leads and Cases. If you need additional queue licenses, please get in touch with the Support Team. Keep in mind that you can only assign queues for Leads and Cases.

Here are the steps to enable Queue Licenses in PowerRouter:

  1. Click on 'Settings' in the left navigation bar of PowerRouter.

  2. Navigate to the 'License Settings' tab in the Settings header.

  3. Click on 'Queue Licenses,' which opens a dialog box labeled 'Manage Queue Licenses.'

    In this box, you can:
    - Select the record type (Lead or Case) from the dropdown menu in the top right corner.
    - Check the queue license details, including Total Licenses, Unused Licenses, and Used  Licenses.

  4. Below the license information, you'll find two sections:
    - Unlicensed Queues: Lists queues that currently do not have a queue license assigned (on the left).
    - Licensed Queues: Lists queues that have been assigned a queue license (on the right).

  5. To assign a license to a specific queue, follow these steps:
        i) Choose a queue from the 'Unlicensed Queues' section, for example 'AE Queue.'
ii) Click the right arrow key (->) to move the queue from 'Unlicensed Queues' to 'Licensed Queues.' This action assigns the queue license to 'AE Queue.'
  6. Once you've completed these steps, the Used License count will increase by 1, and the unused license count will decrease by 1 when you click 'Save.'

By following these instructions, you can enable and manage Queue Licenses in PowerRouter for both Lead and Case record types. If you need additional queue licenses, please contact support@powerrouter.io to request an increase in the license count.
