We have now extended our Duplicate and Merge functionalities to include Lead to Contact (L2C) matching, conversion and merging to the duplicate contact.
You can now directly navigate to the Match Settings from the Check Domain/Alias component.
Details of Merged Leads/Contacts can now be seen on the Merge Section of the Activities Page.
You can now edit the email template and create custom templates for emails sent from each Route To component upon successful routing.
Bug Fixes:
We have fixed the error produced when the same user is present in more than one Belongs to Queue/User Component.
