What’s New?

1. Transfer Account Owner to Lead Owner Component: When a lead is associated with an account and the account owner changes, the account owner is transferred to the lead.

2. Transfer Account Owner to Contact Owner Component: When a contact is associated with an account and the account owner changes, the account owner is transferred to the contact.

3. Organization-Wide Capping: With the latest organization-wide capping, you can count all manual assignments and assignments done by PowerRouter to any sales representatives.

4. Better licenses management: With our new license page (Settings), Admins can conveniently assign licenses to Managers and sales representatives.

5. Better visual auditing: With our new visual auditing feature, you can see where exactly the errors occurred. The workflow path where the errors occurred is highlighted in red color to easily identify failures and fix them.

6. Multiple Flows: With our new multi-workflow feature, you can publish up to 5 workflows for different objects. Also, you can break larger workflows into smaller parts using multiple workflows to manage larger workflows easily.

7. Enhanced error handling: With the new error handling improvement, you can easily identify assignment failures and reassign them from a single page.
