PowerRouter Visual Tracking - Introducing new visual tracker: Now we can track routed records from our new track mode feature on workflow canvas, search records with record id and it is capable of displaying the exact path taken by the record. You can also get the number of records routed to each path on a selected interval of time.
New Detailed activity page allows users to search any lead and see the exact path taken by the record, operations performed on the record, if failed, the failure reason & where it failed.
PowerRouter Ignore List: Option to add ids of object which needs to be ignored from any type of processing from PR
Alarm Feature: Introducing alarms - Now we can set alarm notifications to see whether or not there are any records eligible for routing. If yes, then how many records in the org are eligible for the published workflow.
