This article will help you understand how to create team.
Steps To Create a Team:
- Click on the App Launcher in Salesforce.
- Search for PowerRouter in the Search Bar. Click on the PowerRouter. This opens up the PowerRouter App. Click on the PowerRouter(Lightning).
- To create a team, click on the People icon.
- Click on the Create Team. This opens up the Create New Team box.
- Type the team name here. Use the Search by Name box to search for the users you wish to add to your team by name, or the Roles dropdown menu to search for them by role.
- Select the members for the team by checking the checkbox beside the name of the user. The Selected Members section contains a list of the selected members. Click Save.
- And, you have created your team!
