Power Pipeline - Live Territory Page

This article will guide you through the live territories and provide insights into the statistics, assignments, and reassignments of both the territories and sub-territories.


Here are the steps to navigate:

  1. Open Power Pipeline and select the Territories module from the left side panel.
  2. Under the Territories tab, access the Live Territories where the published USA workflow is located.
  3. Click on the arrow next to the USA workflow to view the previously set up sub-territories.
  4. In addition to the Territory Name, you'll find various columns including:

    a) # of Accounts: Displays the number of accounts eligible for this specific territory & sub-territories.
    b) Owner: Shows the Admin name who created the territory.
    c) Assigned Count: Indicates the number of accounts assigned to the particular territory/sub-territory.
    d) Actions: Clicking the Details button opens a new page showing the territory summary (Number of     Accounts, Assigned Accounts & Reassigned Accounts) based on the territory.


Note: You'll also have access to the Workflow along with the Assigned Accounts data.


Now, let's delve deeper into the Details section:

  1. Statistics:
    a) Number of Accounts: This displays the count of all eligible accounts for the specific territory.
    b) Assigned Accounts: Indicates the number of accounts assigned to this territory.
    c) Reassigned Accounts: Indicates the number of accounts reassigned to this territory.
  2. Workflow: Access the distribution of workflow for this territory under the Workflow tab.
  3. Assigned Accounts: View data for all assigned accounts routed through this territory, including Name, Website, Phone, Assigned Date & Owner.
  4. Reassigned Accounts: View data for all reassigned accounts routed through this territory, including Name, Website, Phone, Assigned Date & Owner.
  5. You can export the data of assigned and reassigned accounts into a CSV file format by clicking on the "Export CSV" button in the top right corner.
