Mulitple workflows

Now it is possible to publish multiple workflows associated with the same object within this platform.

Important: You now have the ability to publish a maximum of five workflows per object type. This allows for a total of up to 25 workflows to be published simultaneously.

Navigating Through the Process:

  • Make sure you are using the PowerRouter (Lightning) interface.

  • Locate and click on the Router module situated in the left-hand side panel.

  • The Workflows tab will open, containing the following sub-tabs:

  • Published Workflows: This tab showcases all workflows that have been successfully published. To view workflows of a specific object type, simply select the desired object type from the dropdown menu.

  • Adjusting Workflow Priority: To modify the sequence in which workflows are executed, adhere to these steps:

  • Click on the Settings icon located in the upper right corner.

  • Choose the object type from the initial dropdown menu.

  • Click the "Change Workflow Run Sequence" button.

  • Rearrange the workflows as needed by dragging and dropping them.

  • Don't forget to save your modified sequence by clicking the "Save Sequence" button.

  • Draft Workflows: This tab is where you'll find saved workflows that are yet to be published or require further refinement. Similar to the Published Workflows section, you can also select the specific object type here.

  • Templates: Under this tab, a collection of sample workflows is available. These templates can serve as a foundation for crafting new workflows.

By adhering to these guidelines, you'll be able to effectively manage and publish multiple workflows associated with the same object type using the PowerRouter (Lightning) interface.
