In this article, you will understand how to set up assignment notification to recieve emails on assignments.
Steps to start assignment notifications:
- Click on the Setting icon on the left navigation bar and then click on Notifications.
- Click on Assignment Notification.
- Click on the checkbox Enable PowerRouter Emails and click Save.
Users will start receiving emails on assignment of records if in routing components Send Notification Email checkbox is enabled.
