Creating your First Team

This article will help you understand how to create your first team.

Steps to Create your First Team:

  • Click on the App Launcher in Salesforce.
  • Search for PowerRouter in the search field and select PowerRouter. This will open the PowerRouter App. Now, please click on PowerRouter(Lightning).
  • To create a team, click on the People icon.                                                                                                                                            
  • Click on Get StartedThis opens up the Create New Team box. 
  • Please enter the team name in the first field. Use the Search by Name box to search for the users you wish to add to your team by name, or from the Roles dropdown menu to search for them by role.
  • You can select the members of the team by selecting the checkbox against the name of the user. The Selected Members section contains a list of the selected members. Once done, kindly click Save.                                                                                                                                             
  • Congratulation! You have created your first teamFor the next team click on Create Team and follow the steps.
